Training and Placement are highly significant components of teaching-learning environment of a professional institute for the employability of the students in suitable work environment. LGC has established a TRAINING AND PLACEMENT CELL that works under the overall guidance of a full time Training and Placement Officer. LGC is fully geared to provide suitable placement opportunities to its passing out students. LGC promises more than job placement. The curricular and methodology are suitably designed to aid students to find enough job opportunities. The institute has strong relations with industry and a good placement team. LGC is aware of this responsibility and makes sincere efforts to prepare the students for their future role in the challenging multinational work environment.
This cell works to give essential inputs to the students to develop high level of skills and required knowledge to meet the requirements of the potential recruiters. LGC has special arrangements for
- Enhancing the communication skills together with the refining and strengthening the personality of students
- Supporting the training programs with the expertise of professionals from the academia and industry. It provides them career-counseling that stimulates the employable faculties and facilitates the process of recruitment for industrial and organizational employment.
- LGC also offers guidance and counseling to the students for Embassy interviews to help them settle abroad (for higher education and better job avenues) according to their choice.
